The right to cancel an order
As a private person you have the right to cancel an order within a timeframe of 14 days without stating a reason.

This right expires 14 days after you, or a third party other than the delivery service takes physical possession of the shipment.

Should you want to apply your right to cancel the order, you must inform us (Rendl Lighting at info@rendl.com, tel .: + 420 242 446 146) about your decision and cancel the order with a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by mail, or e-mail). To comply with the deadline for canceling an order, it is is enough to inform us within the specified timeframe.

Consequences of cancellation:
Should you cancel an order, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, with the exception of shipping costs. We may make a deduction as compensation for the loss of value of any goods, if they loss is a consequence of resultless manipulation with you. The reimbursement will happen without unnecessary delay within -

a) 14 days after the day we receive any returned goods from you, or

b) (if sooner) 14 days after the day you provide proof that you have returned the goods, or

c) if we have not delivered any goods to you yet, 14 days after we are informed about your decision to cancel the order

We shall perform the reimbursement by the same means you used to make the payment, unless we have specifically agreed to utilize other means. In no case shall you be charged with extra fees as a result of your cancellation.

We may halt the reimbursement of finances up until the point of receiving the returned goods, or until you provide credible proof that you have sent the goods back to us, depending on what occurs first. You are required to return the goods hastily without delay and most importantly within 14 days of informing us about your decision to cancel the order. The deadline is fulfilled if the shipment is sent within the 14 day period.

You will bear responsibility for the full cost of returning the goods to us.

You are only responsible for whatever decrease in value of an item, that is a result of manipulation outside of what is required to familiarize yourself with the nature, attributes and specifications of the product.
